A SMALL ONE COULD TRAVEL W/ U IN A CAGE ON BOARD.. A BIG ONE HAS TO GO W/ CARGO. THEY FLY CERTAIN AIRCRAFT WHICH MEAN U HAVE TO LET THEM KNOW AHEAD.. Southeast Asia exposes dogs to a harmful parasite . It would generally not be allowed to be imported regardless of quarantine. It is the people that that break these laws which spread diseases between continents and destroy many animals lives.

most animals would have to be quaranteened for up to 90 days before they could be brought to another country. water buffalo were more fun over there than dogs anyway

This is between you and I... I bought a puppy in Hanoi. It was a chihuhua pup.. I snuck it on the plane inside my jacket. I had all the records to prove that it had up to date shots, etc i n case I got caught. Its way to expensive to buy it over there and bring it back to the states.. The airlines want like $350 in fees and then you have to buy a pet ticket, etc.. Sneak it on board,,

Well when you go through customs at the airport I believe that they will keep the dog their until they can run some tests on it and give it the shots it requires to enter the US. At least that is how they do it when you are coming from Mexico. But the only thing is it takes a few weeks.

They didn't let me bring my dog with me.
