What do you mean by average height? If you're talking about people in cities only, I'd say 5'1'' for teen girls, 5'4'' for teen boys, 5'3'' for women and 5'7'' for men. In the countryside, they're much shorter, due to worse living conditions.
Vietnamese teens (in the cities) listen mainly to pop music. The most popular is Vietnamese contemporary pop music, then Korean music, then English (US, UK).
About clothing style, they often follow whatever is in fashion in some neighbor Asian countries, especially Korea. |

For girls it's around 5'2".
For boys it's around 5'5" or so.

Girls in Vietnam are not that tall. They are about 5' to 5' 3''. Boys can grow to about 5' 3'' to 5' 6'' or so. Some boys, (that I heard of) can grow up to about 6', impressively. But that is truly rare.
Men are usually about 5'6'' to 6', I'm pretty sure.
Women usually stay the same height as their teenage years. So, I have to say about 5'2'' to 5' 5''.
Vietnam has changed a lot during these years. It depends on if the Vietnamese person knows English or not. If they don't, they usually just listen to Vietnamese songs sang by Vietnamese singers. (like Quang Le). If they know English, probably some pop music.
The style has changed a lot too. Since Vietnam is hot, people wear clothes that don't cover their skin that much. My mom told me that they wear more "sexier" clothes then they did before. Since Americans made a lot of influences, the clothes has changed. Girls wear tees and shorts, and guys probably just wear t-shirts and normal shorts. But, I bet it's the girl's that wear the "sexier" clothes.

I'd say the average for girls is right around 5 ft.... I'm 5'2" and am considered tall when I go back. Boys might be a couple inches taller. |

I know a lot in UK and the tallest is about 5'10 but most are about 5'7 on average. In Vietnam they'd be shorter as its poor living standards. |
