Ha ha, it depends what you call cold, i am from England and live here, last Xmas day morning i went swimming and lay on the beach, it was about 27%, in the afternoon the temperature dropped to about 23% and my Viet friends where complaining about the cold, one girl even put on a hat and gloves, i nearly had to put my t shirt on, trust me it is never cold. |

i went in the summer and the weather was hottttt! so i'm thinking in xmas it would be okay weather, just bring jacket, since its by the beaches, and yeah. xD & wow the beaches is sooo nice, my hotel was right in front of the beach xD. HAve fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

I spent 3 years in NT. It can get quite cold over the Xmas/New year depending on the cloud cover. Not so bad when its raining but can be brisk when its not. In 2006 I had to go out and buy a complete winter wardrobe for myself and my Vietnamese wife, including a doona. It got that cold. |

Just bring a light jacket in case it gets too windy.

A quick answer is NO. It's in the southern of Vietnam, so it's not cold over there (while it's cold in the northern cities).
