Trany's answer is correct. A price for a large bowl of Pho in most Saigon restaurants is around 15,000 to 18,000 dongs or from US$ 1 to $1.20 . Still very cheap, about a quarter to a fifth of what it would cost at Vietnamese restaurants in the States.
However, it's entirely possible to get one for half that price from a street vendor in Saigon or out in the provinces and countryside elsewhere in Vietnam. |

nope. the converson rate for dong to us dollars is about $1=15,000 dong pho is more expensive in saigon ranging from 15000-30000 and differs by adding toppings
however if u were to go to the country side it will be cheaper around 3000-7000 dong which is about 50 cents |

If you buy Pho on the street its 8000dong . It is usually cost between 14,000 to 18,000 dong a bowl in a restaurant. The dong is a little over 16000 to the US dollar. Cheers. |
