Additional Details I'm a powerless wife. I didn't ask him anything when I married him. I trust him so much because his marriage with his ex-wife for 25 years. that why I let him go to Vietnam by him self and he meet that woman. I don't know his finance at all. I don't know his salary. I only love him with all my heart. He promised me he wouldn't see her ever. but I know him waiting for a chance to go back to vietnam.
Take his passport! If you can't get a hold of it then cancel his credit cards and take all the money out of his bank account. If he has no money once he gets there she'll wont nothing to do with him.

Talk nicely to him. Let him know your love and concern. If he is stubborn, then no point continue. Just tell him nicely that you cannot promise him you won't go for new boyfriends. That should work and you will also know whether he still loves you.

you really can't do anything except talk to him about it, and about what the other person said about selling everything, it'll only work if he doesn't have like the receipts and stuff cuz if you sell everything and he has proof that he purchased it, you'll run into some legal problems and if he really wants to he can take you to court for it. i would recommend simply talking to him and see if you guys can reach a middle ground.
