Hạt mưa rơi bao lâu
it means "I miss you so much"

"em" in this sentence is a girl/woman or a younger person, depends on the context.

Miss you very much.

Em can be you (younger than I) or me (younger than you) and I think a wife or girlfriend is always em regardless if older or younger (or any of several other endearments).

It means I miss you so so much!
We say Em in Vietnamese when we want to call a younger woman in an informal way 'Em oi". If you are a man and want to be polite, say "Co oi". Or Em is a word a man calls his girlfriend to express his adore
