I suggest visiting those herbal medicine stores and ask for advices. They tend to be knowledgable about these things. Check out a number of stores though, just so you can hear the different options, and maybe pick the one that is concensus between a number of stores. It may be a good idea to buy something from the store before asking questions (like a box of tea for less than $5), or if you see the products you have in the store, you can point to it and be like "If I buy this, how do I prepare/cook it?" |

Where do you live? Is there Chinese Herbal store close to your area? You can go there and have him exam you, using Chinese technique(using only his fingers, feeling the pulse at your wrist....etc) Of course he going to ask your symtoms......base on that he will then give you the order....you then bring it to the front (herbal store) and give it to the person there, he or she will then give you the herbal base on the order and instruction how to make it (normally like boil it in the medicine pot with 4 or 8 bowl of water and simmer to 3/4 of a bowl, drink it twice a day or so.....and so on.....)
No medicine can cure everything. Eastern herbal is no exception, but one thing for sure is it delay the time |
