As a professor of English studies, I stopped there when I toured Vietnam. I was told the professors are quite good and the degree program is recognized in most countries. Unfortunately when I visited the campus, there were very few foreign students. I believe there is great promise in their campus; just stick it out.
But, we had a motorcycle gang steal our cameras and overnight bag, so be careful.
Alex, my friend says there is police presence since we were there, so the better for you.
Since I am a Vietnam veteran, I visited the Hanoi Hilton; the tour was really cheap, but don't drink the water at the prison site. |
