If the person in Vietnam has a bank account all you have to do is do a wire transfer. You will need their bank name..routing number and the person's account number..your bank will have a small fee for doing this. |

the quickest way is an ATM in VN, although not necessarily the cheapest, unless you choose a bank that offers free ATM service for account holders, and the bank is present in both Canada and VN. |

brandyt3 is correct. A wire transfer is cheap and safe. All you need is the name and address of the recieving bank and their Swift number. It's going to take about 3 to 5 days but its safe and inexpensive. If they take the currency out in VDN its cheaper than dollars because they charge a fee for dollars and they don't for Dong. |

I send money from Walmart. My relatives pick up at the bank in VN. All they need are their id. Walmart fee is cheaper than Westen Union and some where else. |
