In HCM city, there are lots of high buildings and so many houses, so it's very difficult for you for watching them.
But I think you can check out in District 7, the place between District 7 and Binh Chanh province.
And if you have time, why don't you travel to "Can Gio", it still in HCM, but there you can see the sunrise at the beach ...

in dist 1 is very busy n no chance but u must travel away to near by beach to c the beautiful sunrise or sunset, lot of pollution in city with moto n other fumes its good u stay away. i was in nha trang mmm it was a beautiiful place i remember the sunset where i watch from vinpearl theme park. |
