where can i buy da cheapest airplane tickets to vietnam in san jose and how much could da cheapest ticket cost for vietnam!! can anyone tell me plz and where can i buy it i heard ppl say buy ticket in agency is cost cheaper but im not shure qwhy though??
Your cheapest way to fly directly to Vietnam from the US is to book on-line with Vietnam Airlines.
The alternative is to fly with an airline with a poorer flight safety record to that country, then take a cheap flight with another airline into Vietnam.
For example .
China Airlines to Beijing or Kong Kong, then another airline into Hanoi.
Korean Airlines into Seuol, then fly into Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City).
The savings you can make that way is not much. You might only save $50 getting there that way and your travel time will be extended several hours when you consider the dog leg flight paths and the lay over times.

Very cheap flights to Hanoi from Bangkok. Similarly cheap tickets to Saigon from Singapore (and from Kuala Lampur, I think). There are relatively cheap flights to all 3 places from California. For you, from San Francisco, I would think.
