As Beka mentioned, the medical field is always hiring in America and will get stronger as baby boomers get older.
Engineering is always a good major especially ChemE, ElecE or even Geology. ChemE's and Geologists get hired by the oil companies and the pay and benefits are great. You could even end up working in Viet Nam with an American sized salary. Ooh-la-la!
I think as you complete your core classwork before declaring your major, you will find something that really captures your attention. Find something you enjoy doing because you'll probably be doing it for a long, long time after you graduate. |

I am Vietnamese and people always tell me (including my families and friends) to be a doctor. I have to tell you that you probably want to become a:
-doctor or nurse
-engineer (that's what I'm probably becoming)
-pharmacist
Basically something in the science field or the medical field. They do you good. Good-luck! |
