Ha Noi Ho Tay water park is good. Winter is a problem as temp is below 15 decree c. Summer in Hanoi is only time to have fun. You can have great fun of kayaking in Ha Noi lakes, my favorite one.

mot like in the usa, but "suoi thien" [also has a swimming pool], and "dam sen" would be as close as it gets in the sai gon area... ha noi ???? anyway dont travel all the way to viet nam and go to an amusement park ???? trust me your time would be better spent roaming the back alleys of sai gon.
