I'm not sure what your question is, but you can easily obtain a visa to enter Vietnam in Bangkok at the Vietnamese Embassy on Wireless Rd., but not at the Bangkok Airport. It's a very simple process and takes four working days to process or for more money you can get your visa overnight. It's very easy to do it yourself without paying a travel agent. Here's the embassy in Bangkok's website:

where are you from?
if you need visa to entry into Vietnam ,the best place to obtain a visa for Vietnam is Bangkok city.
You can ask the local travel agencies for that - travel agencies for visa services will be everywhere. Every single hostel will have a travel agency in the bottom. Every interet cafe as well or restaurtant.
I was there Spring last year and cost me € 60 for 30 days single entry visa.
