It's hard to answer your question if you only want one from each part of Vietnam. Vietnam has a lot of foods you should try ^_^
North: Phở (Vietnamese rice noodle), Nem (Vietnamese traditional spring roll), Chả giò (minced pork roll), bánh cuốn (Vietnamese steamed rice roll with Vietnamese pork sausage)
Centre: Bún bò Huế (spicy rice noodle soup orginated from Huế, but different kind of rice noodle with Phở), Mì Quảng (wheat noodle with herbs, pork, and shrimp)
South: Hủ tiếu (noodle with seasoned and saute' beef, served hot and with other ingredients), bánh xèo (rice pancake folded in half and filled with a shrimp, meat and soya bean sprouts)
Vietnamese foods are mostly streaming foods so it's healthy, balance between meats and vegetables. |
