It depends on the travel you want to do, and where you are located. I used Asia Wings Travel for international travel when I was in Ha Noi. They were always very helpful and I was pleased with their work.
There are lots of smaller agencies for local travel, tours, things like that. My wife and I would switch between different ones for local travel.
