1-Northern- cold and damp in the winter. Can be hot and humid in the summer
Central highlands- Not too hot. Average temperature in the summer is between 70-75 degrees (used to live there)
Southern- Can be very hot in the summer. 2 season- dry and rain.

2- Assume that you asked about people's physical feature:
a- Men average height is 5'6 to 5'8 except my ex. He is 5'10. He's very tall for a Vietnamese guy
b- Most of Vietnamese people are thin especially women
c- Yes, we Vietnamese people do have eyelids.
d- Black straight hair.
e- Vietnamese women are generally small.

3- 5 Main attractions. Not in order
a- Ha Long Bay
b- Dalat- A romantic place with water falls
c- Nha Trang- beautiful beaches
d- Hanoi- Old quarter with shops selling all kinds of goods
c- Saigon- nightlife

4- Vietnam has one of the oldest culture in Asia. Vietnamese tradition is unlike any others in the far east. Respect elderly and level in the family is very important to Vietnamese people. We address people formally. Physical contact such as shake hands or hugs are not common in Vietnam. Traditional Vietnamese values education more than wealth. Speaking loud is considered rude to Vietnamese people especially done by women..

There are plenty of traditions but i can't list all of them here. You can do research on the net but check with someone who knows our culture thoroughly before summit it.

Oh dear, too hard to give you details, you can Google for those stuffs. However:
1) Provinces in the north: 4 seasons, but no snow in the winter. Provinces in the south: 2 seasons, raining and dry seasons.
2) I don't understand the question actually :)
3) You can find information about Hanoi, Hue, Vinh Ha Long, Sapa, Hoi An, Nha Trang, Ho Chi Minh City ...
4) Food, fashion ...
