its £38. just done mine. that doesn't include the £8 fee for returning your passport special delivery.
that visa is a 30 day tourist visa. if you are looking for business visa, etc the price will be different & i am unaware of the prices for the other types of visa.

You must send a postal order [not a check or cash] for 46 pounds.This is 38 for the visa and 8 pounds for the postage.So in the envelope you must send the visa form,2 photos the P/O and a self addressed envelope[no stamp,they do that with the 8 pounds] for return posting and your passport.
I havent phoned for many years but the number is answerd between either 1 to 2 pm or 2-3 pm,cant remember which.
