I think many places could be romantic - if you wanted!
Dalat - as mentioned above is very popular with local couples and honeymooners
Hoi An/Mui Ne/Phu Quoc Island - on/near the beach and they all have some great resorts. If the beach is your thing, head to these places.

The most romantic city of VIETNAM is DALLAT city,location in high land and west of VIETNAM.You will see a lot of couple or new wed go there for honeymoon and DALLAT got some beautiful sigtseeing and romantic lakes as THAN THO LAKE,XUAN HUONG LAKE,VALLEY OF LOVE etc etc and the DALLAT market is the best with a lot of fruits and vegie....
