yes and no. The "noi" does have the ^ above it but "coi" desn't.

actually its more likely to be "ăn trông nồi ngồi trông hướng". However, "coi" and "trông" are kind of same. People in the South usually say "coi" but the saying originally comes from the North so its supposed to be "trông".
