What would it cost to buy a reasonably well maintained (by Western standards) 2 bedroom flat/house in Saigon? Where can I find further info?

Ong jon is about right,i build houses in Nha Trang,i will be starting my fifth after Tet and they average 100 to 120 thousand usd,two thirds of this is buying the land,compared to the income of your average Vietnamese the price of land is ridiculous.
If you need more info on what you can and cant do please ask,obviously as this is my line of work i am pretty clued up. |

i'm fairly sure westeners can not buy property in viet nam at any price. however if your just asking for the info, i know a viet cpl who has a 4 story home 18 ' wide abou 90' long deal nice, i think it cost them $100.000us to build. i know another cpl built a 3 story smaller home for 40 k.... if you go there you can fine real estate brokers who can give you the real scoop. |
