Hi Ong Jon,
I haven't heard of any Vietnamese or English song called Charlie Hill. However, I know of a song called "Nguoi O Lai Charlie" by artist/singer Tran Thien Thanh. Not sure if that is what you are looking for, but below is the lyrics of that song :-).
