What cruise is good and cheap in Halong Bay, Vietnam?
There are so many cruise to choose from to tour around Halong bay. We intend to take a 3D2N package but don't know which one to choose from. Anyone tried any cruise or is there a website where i can get the best deal?
Try Buffalo tours. They were voted the best tour company in 2007 but they are a little pricy. the boats only hold 16 people and I think that they run $150 for the trip. To pricy? the best way to find a cheap tour is just to talk to your hotel tour desk in Hanoi. good luck!

check lonely planet, there is strip of shops in hanoi that sell packages (i forget which one i used). a lot of places use the names of the shops in the LP so make sure you get the right address. they're basically all the same.
