What are the most important things (resources, people, knowledge…). Trying to answer this question for a homework assignment. I want some general ideas, your not answering the question for me. Give me your opinion. |

Vietnam first of all is a beautiful country, from the waterways of the delta, to the mountains of the north. The people are resourceful, hard working and striving to enter the world economy.
some of the finest lacquer work in the world is being produced in Vietnam, as well as exceptional pottery. The Nike shoes you wear were possibly made there.
Vietnam has a long history rivaling that of China, and brought us the Cham culture, a religious based culture from back in the 7th Century.
Today I know 2 Vietnam's. There is the Vietnam war of the 60's and 70's, where I was in 1968 and 1969. And then there is the Vietnam of the 21st century, where I have visited and was given a warmer welcome than I got in America in the 60's. |

VN is an OPEC country, it also exports coal, seafood (basa fish), textile products (kimono to Japan), agricultural products (you're about to eat dragonfruit and other tropical fruits in the US), carpenting products, weaving from all sorts of plants, diving and fishing experts.
VN history dated back 2000 years BC, the same time as the Chinese. Many have big eyes, short nose and fangs but most don't have a "national look". People from the North are satire and traditional, the Middle too proud and quiet and the South very libertine and topsy-turvy.
VN has a wealth of musical instrument. We traded on the Silky Road, and won on all battles. There are also many Vietnamese leading in NASA and Silicon Valley nowadays. |

Good answer Mike B. Vietnam has a large, young, hard working, and intelligent work force. Most young Vietnamese are more positive, confident, and ambitious to succeed and prosper than ever before. Besides, Vietnam has ample of natural resources like oil, minerals, rice, coffee, cashew nut, pepper, etc. Speaking of intelligent, Vietnamese students are excellent in math and science. They usually rank in top three or top ten in international math and physics olympiads. By giving these students the opportunities, they can achieve many. Good luck to you. |
