very simple. It is a girl talking about the standard for the boyfriend. The sentence means "Hey you, our boyfriend standard is relatively high"

Can't really translate it because there are no accents, but I'll assume he's saying 'how much?' and s/he is busy at home. Pretty sure I got something wrong, hope it helps though.
