Most electronics these days will accept 100v-240v, 50-60Hz inputs these days and will then convert the input to the correct output, just check the box on your ac/adaptor charger cord. If it does, you will only need an inexpensive plug adaptor, if not you will need a voltage converter as well. You can check to see what types of plugs and voltage differences here:

CHeck if the chargers are 110/220 - many are these days. If they are, get an adapter for plugs with two round pins. There are a mix of wall sockets that accept round pin or round pin and flat pin plugs.

buy AC converter in VN (change 220V to 110V) to charge your device. I am assume that your electronic devices is 110V.
