The term is "nguoi da den" which means literally " a person with black skin". Melan N is partially correct but "my den" refers only to " a black American" and not just any black person, which is really your question.
Another correct term is "nguoi goc Phi" or "nguoi goc Phi chau" which both mean " a person of African origin". Since "Phi" can also be understood as "Filipino", "Phi chau " is much clearer for reference to "African".
