If you just want ladies of the evening then Ho Chi Minh City is the place to go.
If you want to party with beautiful women of all races and ethnicity's then Hoi An is the place to go. There are no bar girls in Hoi An, this is a World Heritage city and kept like is was hundreds of years ago. The local expats have the system down. Tourists come in every 3 or seven days. So there are always new girls in town. Most are here for the sights and the tailors, (Great tailors in town, really cheap) So they pick out their clothes and while they are waiting they have to do something. There are a few clubs that stay open all night and they really rip! I think that I have seen more beautiful women in this town than any where else~ Amazing!
