I actually saw one of these new buses last time I was in Nha Trang. (I live 25ks north of Phan Rang.) Instead of seats it has bunks. Two tiers from memory running up the sides and the centre. It was about to depart on the overnight run to Saigon. The passengers in them looked comfortable but when I thought about it later the people I saw were Vietnamese. I doubt someone of my weight and height would fit in to one. I'll be interested to hear from any foriegners who have tried this new mode of transport.
