December and January are the best months to visit HCMC as written in an article (below link)
Ho Chi Minh City is tropical, and has three seasons: dry, wet, and very wet. The rainy season begins around March. This season grows in ferocity. By July, the city experiences at least one drenching downpour a day. By November, the storms begin to wane. December and January are the best months to visit HCMC. Evenings at this time of year can be cool and pleasant. February to May is exceptionally hot and humid. The average annual temperature is 27°Celsius.
On rainy days, avoid coming in wet and sitting directly near a fan or air conditioner. There is no quicker way to get sick. Be aware that during the rainy season, your shoes will almost always be wet. There seems to be no way to avoid this, other than to carry a dry pair of socks in your briefcase, which is not always convenient. It's important to understand that in regard to the temperature, HCMC is rarely a comfortable place to do business. |

between the month of october and december. Those are the best months there especially december. It's not too hot and it's never too cold. I lived there for 10 years and december was basically my favorite month. |
