When is the best time to travel to thiland, indonesia, n. zealand, australia & s. america?

For thailand and indonesia, the best time is august to october when the rain is not too much and the weather is not too hot where you spend more time for outdoors activities such as sight seeing. You can then continue to australia and new zealand, which is about the right time cos summer began on november for southern hemisphere.

Don't know much about s.america, can't help, but in my opinion, it's too far from australia and s.e.asia, not a good combination.

In south America is good to travel in January February March... those are the best times because is summer there. and also air tickets aren't that expensive ... don't go all the way to the south though ... go to Brazil, Ecuador, Or Peru ... those are the country in the middle of South America which they have the nicest weather

For Thailand the best time is December to early January. The weather is dry and comfortable -- except the southern part of Thailand because it rains there.

if you go to indonesia for traveling,and if you interested in social-culture, i sugest you to come around november. we celebrate muslim big day, and we called the whole month 'ramadhan'. im not muslim but i found a lot of interesting things in many places around this season. it like december in US and Europe (x-mas season).
but, night entertainment like night club, discotheque is not available, and since the date is not fix, it change every year. for this year, ramadhan start 25 september and last for a month

For Australia and New Zealand, the best time of the year to go is from November-February when it is summer. The winter season is pretty mild in the northern places (Auckland in NZ, Cairns and Port Douglas in Australia). You can also ski in places like Queenstown, NZ and Tasmania, Australia during winter.

Thailand and Indonesia are in the Northern Hemisphere, so it's nice to go there just before summer starts (April or May) so it isn't too hot; where NZ and Australia are in the Southern Hemisphere, so October or November would be ideal.
