Where can I exchange Vietnam Dong to Euro in Ireland?
I just came back from Vietnam and have about 100 euro in VND. I forgot to exchange it in the airport and so, I need to find a place in Ireland that can exchange it for me. I am a student so you get the picture.

Not possible anywhere. VND is a closed currency, it has no value outside Vietnam. Your only chance is to sell it to someone who is visiting Vietnam.

Unfortunately you won't be able to exchange Vietnam Dong outside of Vietnam. You can either keep it for a return trip, or sell it to someone you know who is travelling to Vietnam in the future.
