There are several great bookstores on Trang Tieng Street (Pho Trang Tieng) in Hoan Kiem District with my favorite being the one at the International Centre building (where the CitiBank is located). You can't miss it, because it's almost half the first floor. That bookstore had more postcards than just about anywhere I had seen in all of Ha Noi.
