I know this chain store calls "Made in Vietnam" which carries Energie, Abercrombie&Fitch, Banana Republic, Holister, GAP, Old Navy, ... The price is definitely cheaper but they also carries some that have mistakes and therefore, can't be sold in the States or UK.
