virtually every city and market in vn will have 1,2 ,3 places where one can buy unground coffee beans, but if you go to the central highlands, particularly "buon me thaut" you can get beans right off the vine [ bush]

Ben Thanh Market, for one. Corner of Dong Khoi and Mac Thi Buoi, another. But there's stores that sell coffee beans all over Saigon.

R G
Ben Thanh market, Trung Nguyen or Highland coffee shops.
The market will be the cheapest bet.
