Who has experience to apply visa at Vietnam border without any advance approval?
Who has this experience without any advance approval and directly apply visa in Vietnam immigration counter. How much does it cost. ll' it very troublesome and risky to reject the entry.
I go back and forth from Cambodia into Vietnam without any fuss. Takes me less than a minute. I hold a Malaysian passport. What passport do you hold? Check with the VN embassy.

Unless you're a citizen of one of the ASEAN countries or a Scandanavian (Sweden, etc.) you need a tourist visa to enter Vietnam. Have your visa before you arrive at the border. They will turn you back. Don't waste your time trying. All the capital cities of SE Asia have Vietnamese Embassies, some other cities have consulates. You get a visa at the embassy/consulate, or thru some travel agencies.
