I would say it's a toss up as we Americans do it a lot and by your Definition looks like some Germans do it lots too.I do agree with tyler for the last word you wrote' it does look like a Secret code maybe from the Navajos or some tribe never heard of before.. The Germans are worse, 'coz they're always using that 'sausage' metaphor..My travels in Germany were fraught with trauma, and I had to learn to say things like...
