America or any country for that matter only do well fighting organized militaries. For example we beat Saddam's organized military in a week with out trying. But once you no longer have a defined enemy and they walamongng and look just like civilians, you have 2 choices 1. be a sitting duck and wait for them to fire the first shot. 2. kill everyone innocent children men women, like the romans did then you wont get shot. But number 2 is pure evil.
Even though the war was evil and unjust, but we lost because it almost got to a point we did not know who to fight. It is much easier to see a huge army with guns then a guy in the jungle.
But if you talk about casualties we killed so many vietnamese people its sickening. |

The idiot politicians were aided and abetted by a news media that chose to show the worst parts of the war and controlled public sentiment, agitating rallies against it. |
