From where are your pictures/mail originating from? It costs about eighty cents to mail a one ounce letter from New England to Vietnam.
The cheapest way to send pics is via the net. Every internet cafe I have ever visited had photo quality printers/paper.

Your best bet is to go to the post office. They will weigh your letter and you can add or remove pictures as needed. Or you can pay extra for postage and they will tell you how much it cost. However, read ong jon's response. I have never "snail-mailed" pictures to Vn.

you can include 2-3 pictures w/ a 1 page letter for .84cents. more importantly , you should be aware of this :anytime i've tried to send more than 3-4 photos in 1 envelope [ no matter how much postage i put on it] the letter was NEVER recieved. i dont know why, but i think it wes probably opened by a curious postal worker. chuc ban mai manh.

Neighbour
if you think 5 pictures in the small size envelope, cost $1.50 stamp

For safe and accurate: you can go to the post office near you for meter stamp. Since VN has no law ( in any level ) mailman can open the envelops and check if there's some $ inside....In this time machine most people send their photos via internet. Good luck ..

why mail, make a web page with your pictures and then give the site link to your friends who you like to see them. another option is to go to the post office web page www.usps.gov
